I signed up for a 2 year contract with dish and recently relocated to an apartment that doesn't support dish services (can't get a signal). I called dish to inquire about an early termination fee waive and they refused to budge on allowing me any sort of break to cancel. I explained to them that I literally can't use the service in my apartment even if I wanted to and they told me it doesn't matter, I still have to pay 300 dollars to cancel. I spoke to a manager who was extremely rude. Horrible customer service, horrible product. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience. What a joke.
