Got a call on V.M., said they were the I.R.S., said there was a IRS lawsuit being filed on me and to call them right away or all my assets would be taken. The # is -1-347-394-1608, is listed as "Paetec",  I googled it and the "white pages" , said it was IRS phone scam. This happened 9-23-16. I had earlier responded to a as on facebook.

    I have received the same call each day this week.  I did the call the number and a man answered with an accent asking for my name in order to get my case file.  This is so bogus, yet annoying.  I would hope something can be done about this.

      I received same message 9/23/16 knew it was a scam but googled Anyway! Scam scam scam !'

    The guy with the accent  just told me without verifying any of my information that I owe them $7,000.00!! I called the guy out on being a scam artist and he said he was sending the IRS to arrest me and I'll be behind bars for 5 years!! 😂😂 ok ill be sitting on my front porch waiting for them to show up thanks

    I received the same scam message 347-394-1608 they called me on my unlisted home phone and cell phone.
    Informed them to cease and desist, and that they were being recorded and I am having them prosecuted. :)

    Yep I got the same message 9/26/16.  Scam but scares you into thinking you have an issue

    Just got the same scam call 9/26/16.  They called me on my cell phone and threatened that there will be an IRS lawsuit.  The number calling me was 347-394-1608
