i signed up for 3 mos of training and was very specific with assoc. that was all i wanted as I was going to be traveling and unable to use addtional months. We even developed training techniques to use while i was on the road. he assured me that my contract was for 3 mos and that i had the option of purchasing additioanl months on a month by month basis. guess what -- i was automatically billed for months 4 and 5. when I reallized the error I called to get it corrected. No problem I was told. 3 weeks later, and no credit on my statement, I called again and was directed to the corporate office who told me i had signed a contract agreeing to pay automatically UNTIL I CANCELLED. I pointed out that if that had been truthfully explained, I would have put in the request to cancel that same day. no budging and i'm out $700.
