two and a half years of weekly unwanted dropped no message robocalls

Ive been getting daily (often twice a day) of dropped no message robocalls from Paetech Communications of Florida. I try to call then back but i get a recorded message saying that cant be done.
This is getting to be a huge freaking pain in the ass.
