unauthorized withdrawal from my credit card account

I was reviewing my credit card account for repeating charges and noticed the WC *Value Plus V charges in June 2008. I thought my wife had ordered health supplies and she did not know of anything she was receiving anything.  Began checking back and have been debited by them for the last 15 months receiving nothing.  I would want you to bring fraud charges against this company and have them mail me a check to my home.  I will not have them credit my card. Waiting to hear from you.  I went online and there is a site that has hundreds of complaints against this company.  The full information that shows up on my billing is:
