The best way to find US Equity Advantage contact info is at www.useautopay.com.
I looked into this concern and found the reason for cancellation was because the car was traded. This was resolved the same day 8/16.

Well after purchasing a car I decided to have my mo. payments debited from my checking account. I was told this would help to build my credit & pay the loan off faster. Well the very first month the bank took the money on time but after that they seemed to just be pulling the money out whenever they pleased! The last straw was when they took three (3) payments instead of two(2) in the same month. I almost incurred overdraft fees because of this! Because I couldn't contact them to resolve this matter, I'm now in the process of closing my account & submitting my mo. payments myself. This has been a very disappointing/frustrating experience. After this bad experience, I'll never authorize anyone to take out of my account(s) again.

USEA takes money out bi-weekly, which means every 2 weeks. There are 2 months in the year where they will take money out 3 times. This is probably not ideal for you if you are paid bi-monthly or once a month. I've used them since 2007 and they have paid my car as promised and NEVER late. USEA does not tell people they pay your note every 2 weeks...they withdraw the money from your account and send one full payment. It's best to do research and if you feel they are not paying your note, all you have to do is request a complete payment summary and they will send it with no problems. I'm sure the breakdown in communication came from the car dealership and not USEA.

Bi-monthly payments should be same amount. When an end of month payment differs by twice the previous 5 payments, something is very wrong mathematically. The blame isn't the dealership. The dealership follows the rules given them. Ever trying to contact them??? They put in print and in the English language they are open until 6:00 pm EST. I made more than several attempts to contact them by phone prior to 5:30 pm EST, and you'll go around in circles navigating the prompts which eventually sends you back to where you began initially. Would be nice to talk with a human species. Got to be a better way of doing business. This is insane
