We purchased our sectional a few months ago and it has been one problem after another since then.  Within the first week the fabric started to shift on the frame, resulting in wrinkling all over.  About a month later, the couch started to makes noise everytime that you got in and out of it. And by the way, it is not a comfortable piece of furniture. The furniture store that we purchased it from was nice enough to send an upholsterer out to try fixing it.  Unfortunately, the fabric was put on incorrectly and it was too big a job for him.  We now have to send it back to the company.  They said it would be a two week turnaround, which has turned into four weeks once we called back to arrange to have it taken care.  It takes longer to have it fixed then the three weeks it took to construct it.  Maybe they should spend additional time when making it.  Their customer service department is lacking in sympathy to say the least, like talking to a wall really.  We gave them hard earned money and they gave us their half [***] attempt at making a couch.  It is to bad that they are associated with Lazy-Boy because it really does have an influence on the decision making process.  You will not get the same quality.  Those that have lucked out and have not had problems should be grateful.  I wish we could say the same. Maybe at one time this company knew what quality meant, not anymore.  The company was sold years back.  The original owner is ashamed to have his name attached to this company that exists now.  Save yourself the headache and heartache, spend your money somewhere else.
