Very, very unhapph with fridge. 4th complaint since 11/20/04

Purchased product (Fridge---freezer, bottom drawer, two door top, in Nov of 2004 with a 4 year extended warranty. From the 1st day it was so loud that even friends asked "what is that."
Called maint the first month.  They couldn't do anything, and more or less told me we would have to live with it.  Home Depot wouldn't take it back.(I have a copy of the material I sent to Magtag complaining).  Within a month, not sure of time, the top of the fridge stopped cooling.  Of course we weren't home so lost the food.  Unplugged same, started working again.
In a short time, the fridge stopped working all together.  You stood good on the warranty and relplaced the compressor which went out.  Of course we lost all the food but Magtag/Maint was good enough to give us about $35 dollars for all the meat (plus what) we had frozen.  We have put up with the noise until this week.
Got back from a trip and the top of the unit had stopped cooling again.  Freezer still working.  Of course the warranty had run out and I had to get maint who found that the Korean fan motor for the top part of the fridge went out.  Local company (maint), and they responded quickly, within 12 hours, and even gave us a senior discount, which paid the taxes.  Gee! I paid the other 250 dollars an discarded the food in the top.  Will I buy a Magtag again, (you got to be serious)?  From Home Depot, again be serious.  Will I suggest these two companies to anyone.  Silly question!!!!!!!!!!
