ACS is threatening to sue me for a loan they say I received from Cash Net USA.  I have never received a loan .  They sent a web site of layers to use.  I have a set amount of time to respond or they "will put a hold on my social security"  and I will be responsible for any court cost.

    Total scam..
    Presumably you got one of their emails.  They appear to be some Indian scammers sending out emails by the thousands.  If you respond, they will target you with harassing and threatening calls.  You can find some of their calls on youtube.
