repair reqeuested about 6 weeks ago, contractor has been here, item not repaired, multiple calls

Almost 6 weeks ago the combo microwave oven failed, AHS repair request placed, parts ordered, but contractor unable to fix, multiple calls to him and AHS, unable to get any info, AHS has repeatedly failed to respond or take any action to get repair completed, on website for my account, repair shows 'complete'.  NOT SO.  I am unable to get any useful response from contractor or AHS, although multiple attempts made, I need help.
