Mobily Internet bundle

Before i used to have this internet bundle for my pc then when its finished i recharge the sim of 100sr so that i can used it again so i subscribe it by sending sub 1gb to 1100 but i didn't receive a response msg from mobily..now how to activate this for internet bundle?this the number of the simcard 0560101100 Please help me
