False advertising on CNN

This morning Saturday,Jan 12 around 8 a.m. Diamond4z advertised an offer of a simulated diamond ring for $20.00. I f you ordered    you would get a ring to match free. They were to charge for shipping.I ordered over the internet and paid with a credit card . They charged me extra for the ring. It is false advertising and with Valentine coming a lot of people will cheated. I also understand that they call you and offer other things and when you say you do not want the item ,they charge the item to your card anyway.
