Government sending you 9000.00

I had a call Reference to 202-658-9746 this Reply is about having good standings with the Government and paying my bills on time etc. The conversation pretain to REF # KD456 to activate and call this number 202-630-3567 before you can supposely received 9000.00 at a Walmart location, I thought I would report this so something can be done.
