Car relocation from Kolkata to Gurgaon... It's been more than 18 days and I still haven't got my car

I have sent my car from Kolkata to Gurgaon through these frauds! They took my car on 12th Feb n told me it would take 10-12 days. It's been more than 18 days and I haven't got my car. For the last 7 days they are saying that my car is in Allahabad. Right from the regional manager in Kolkata, Mr. Salil Sinha to director in Delhi Mr. H.P.Singh, all are bunch of liars and till date I don't know where exactly is my car. Every day I keep calling them and most of the time they don't reply to my call and when they do either they lie about my car or they behave very rudely with me. For the last 7 days am hearing that they will deliver my car "tomorrow"... But tomorrow never comes! Someone please help me
