Doesn't work

I bought this machine from Aarons in demopolis Alabama. I tried to take it back and that kept telling me I wasn't using it right. I would not spin the water out of the clothes. I would put one cover in and it took me all day to get through. It would go back to wash. I let it go through another time. Wouldn't spin the water out. I rinsed it twice. Put it on drain. It would finally come out. It has been a nightmare. Had to buy another one now I'm out of money. I really need help. I would like to be reimbursed for my loss.
