I bought a cricket phone at a local cricket store. From day one you could only hear every other word. I called cricket customer service and was told that my phone was like that due to it being new. So I went on my way. Then approximately a week later I dropped my phone on Carpet. I called the customer service number since I was under 14 days. I only paid 85.00 for the phone. With a 75.00 mail in rebate. I was told I had to pay 75.00 to fix my phone that WAS under 2 weeks old. I was told that I'm under warranty but that's not their problem! So why waste your money on the stupid insurance if they don't cover crap.  Worst customer service ever and what a rip off!! Wouldn't recommend. This company to anyone
