These people call 2 times a day for 6 months now. Twice I tried to talk to these people and they just hang up on me.

If they have had to continually change their numbers, or just spoof caller id with false or non-working numbers, they must be having problems with people calling them back and tying up their lines.
The robocalls are made to sift through and find likely victims to hand off to "closers". They have to improve the odds to make it pay, or they wouldn't be making them. The robocalls cost them virtually nothing, but tie up their people, and they can't swindle someone else.
They are calling and harassing many more people than they have closers, so if even a fraction of those who got harassed, harassed back, they would choke on the wasted time.
Act like a "mark", use an alias, pretend you have a bunch of CC debt ($10k gets them interested), and ask lots of dumb questions about what they will do.
Waste more of their people time than they are wasting of yours.

Call almost everyday. Says to push 3 to discontinue receiving further calls. I have pressed 3 about 4 times. I push 1 and talk to a live person and tell them to remove my number and they hang up. [***].

I too get the messages everyday. I try to ask them to remove me (after pushing the button they say that will take me off the list but they still call) and they hang up on me.
