Hot Showers before 7am are forbidden

although the man at the reception when we arrived in the evening was kind mannered the system had wrongly booked the room as a double(classic room) rather than the twin singles we ordered.
The webside price of 165 euro said that included breakfast but the receptionist denied this and wanted to charge us 30 euros extra for two .
The most outrageously bad luck of service was no hot water at 6;00am (in the morning)!!!!!!! WE Had to Have Ice Cold Showers!!!The day manager told us"People do not use hot water before 7am"
This maybe true in prison camps but should not be true in hotels charging 165euro a night!!!!
We have had better experiences in hotels costing 35euros per night
