Non Delivery

I ordered a filter for my canister vacuum on Jan 19, 2013, it is now March 25, 2013 and I have yet to receive my part.  Seriously this is the worst service I have ever had to deal with, ever.  Called customer care and according to them it's on back order (could've notified me via email) and it will only be available mid April.  Three months is ridiculous, I will never purchase another dirt devil item again.
Seriously annoyed.
