Wall Unit

 I am complaining can not get any assistance from your personnel. My wall unit was defected and the shelf fell off and dented the furniture. They sent a person out to take pictures  a month ago. Nothing has been done. When I call I get the run a round.  My crystal candy dish was shattered because of the improper or defected shelf.  Have to get a lawyer because this is unacceptable.
