I bought an LG Refrigerator 310 ltrs in December 2006. Since the purchase I've been trying to fix its cooling function. I had a technician to come over twice but after his visits the problem persisted.

I called to schedule an appointment with a specialist again last month, and they promised to send a senior technician. A month later still no one came to fix my refrigerator. I called many times, and even went to the local customer care center, and still no one has cared to attend the complaint.

    Apparently, LG has some serious customer service issues. The freezer does not freeze food and the refrigerator is only 15 months old. The warranty is over and I paid over $ 2000.00 fir this refritgerator. We should all get together and form a class action suit of this horribly made refrigerators.
