I have called and left message two times now for this company to cancel any and all charges on my card.  "lose my card and name" and I am still being charged 89$ every month.  i need to know if there is a way to have my bank refuse payment or stop payment automatically if this company tries to charge me again.

    Under the terms and conditions part of your contract with said company is there anywhere that states that in order to cancel they need the notice in written form?  Sometimes a phone call (or multiple) does not work.  I would check that and see if that is indeed what it says.

    Can you call your credit card company and ask them to refuse invoices, maybe cancel the credit card, call the better business bureau, the attorney general, make a stink about it!Send them a registered letter stating your refusal to pay them. Good luck, cause that really stinks!

    i AM HAVING T PAY A 32.00 STOP PAYMENT FEE TO MY BANK, BUT TAT IS BETTER THAN PAYING THE 89.31 THEY ARE CHARGING YOU...YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR BANK, AN WORK IT OUT WTH THEM, THE FEE'S FOR STOPPING A PAYMENT.  iT IS WORTH THE TIME IT TAES I PROMISE YOU
