Item not received

Wow! Wish i had read the complaints before ordering from this company. The item was charged the day I ordered it but 1 month later (and several emails sent) no product received. Called the phone number that doesn't exist (800-540-8563) spoke with the only person who works there to cancel the order. I will see if the refund is actually given. Also, going to make this phone number available on every complaint website I can to get the word out.
