My name is Rebecca Salazar i applied for an education grant and it was suppost to be a one time free of 2.95 so I applied with my credit card. Now I got my statement and they have charged 57.61 I am very upset and I would like a refund on my credit card because I didn't get any useful information and I haven't logged into the site one the one time I logged in to apply. I am extreamly fustrated and want my refund asap.

    Dispute fraudulent charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for checking accounts, or FCBA for credit cards, and block your card number or close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.

    Follow up to your bank dispute with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and file a fraud and theft complaint with your local police and your state Attorney General.

    I don't know how they got my account number I don't know who these people are.  They have taken over $200.00 in less than 2 months.  I am a senior citizen on a very fixed income.
