I received a call stating if I don't pay $1000 I would be arrested in an hour. I was told if I hang up I'm running from the IRS and I will be arrested immediately. I said I did not receive Any notice  in the mail she said they sent it twice and no one signed for.I told her hold on let me call my attorney she said he couldn't help against this case I asked for her id# and name she stated do you have $200 you need to pay something and we can stop the arrest again I ask id# &name she hung up on me.

    These scams are usually run from overseas, and the callers often have foreign accents.
    The FBI has been working with Indian authorities in raiding some operating out of Indian call centers.
    Peerless is a VoIP telecom.  VoIP is commonly used by call centers, but also by overseas scammers making cheap internet calls.  Contact Peerless directly to report fraud activity in violation of their terms of service against that phone number.  They should at least be able to shut down the account.

      peerless is a fake company they don't have even a sales representative. and they said they are in many states they receive 1000's of complaints buy they do anything these complains are about theirs customer so you do the math.

        Peerless is my #3. My # 1 CLEC fraud enabler is Onvoy and 2nd is Bandwidth.com.
        So be ware of the state reduces insurance for low mileage. If the company is out of Israel its a fishing scam for the Auto Insurance group. you have to fill out all those forms, Don't do it, I was hounded for a couple months.

I am so upset with you people and how do you get my information it’s crazy. If anybody try’s to harm me or my family we will have a problem don’t call and threaten me you got the right. 1 !

    I'm sick of this. How do they continue to get away with calling. Anyone should know you don't get officially notified about ANYTHING by phone. I know I don't owe anyone and if I ever did there no longer allowed to persue people since the credit laws changed June 2017.
    I would like to know how to file a complaint against them. Peerless. That's who the number belongs to.

    Someone from The United Couriers Service called and said they had a certified letter for me, the lady gave me an adress from 6-7 years ago, then gave me a number to call if there’s an issue, I call the number to see what was going on I get transferred to some guy he Said I owe $702 if I could pay right now or I’ll get sued for 1300, I told him I needed legal proof before moving forward and he gave me his number which is a Peerless number, I never called back and today he calls me back, mind you I never gave him my number, and was threatening me, telling me how they will see me in court, and how I’ll be homeless if I don’t agree to pay them $2600 for some debt I had from 2010. I told him bring it on. This company is complete trash.

      Do not use airhorn on such people! They have sued and won awards for hearing loss. It's part of the scam

    This number 19789994881 called me this morning and on other days claiming to be the IRS telling me to pay some debt or I will be arrested. I called back before and told them they are full of s*it and I also told them I had a family member who works for the IRS. They hung up.

    Got a call about 4 times now, answered one because they didn’t leave a voicemail , ask who was calling , said it was for an auto accident?

    Call two or three times a day! I ve offered to come to their and resolve the problem which as of today, they have to identify! I willing come in person tomorrow if they just tell me where!

    Call repeatedly with masked identity and never leave a voice mail. The amount of calls on a daily basis is simply harassment and they need to crack down on VOIP because there is no way to stop it with DO NOT CALL registry or find out their true identity. You can block but they use different masked numbers and never say why they are calling. Harrassed in Cali.

    My husband received a call at his place of employment today stating the same about a billl from 2013 her name was Vanessa call back number is 513-725-0095 which I did a reverse look up and it was peerless.  I am sick to death of these calls and when they call his job they have gone to far!  If it’s a ligotment bill shouldn’t they have to show proof?
