I rented a car per Travelers Ins. on July 1, the friday before the forth.  The agency was running around like crazy getting cars in and out in a frenzy.  When the car was inspected it was so filthy and the front was so loaded with bugs that I didn't notice a couple of small dents on the grill right next to the liscense plate.  When I returned the car 2 weeks and 300 miles later the guy who inspected the car saw the dents and got down on his knees to see the bottom of the front bumper, said it was scratched and that I would be billed for a new grill and bumper.  If you rent from this company, inspect thr vehicle with a magnifying glass and take pictures of any damage.  Better yet, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I rented a car from them in 2009 in Tenafly NJ. It was dark when they gave me the car. I returned it three days later to PA. They claimed I had damaged the car and sent a bill of $1500 to my insurance company. I had not had an accident or scratched a thing on that car. I advised my insurance company not to pay. They have since billed me $2500 and I am now in collections. I'm incensed. The car had random scratches in various places, clearly nothing done in a single incident. It's a scam! NEVER rent from this company.

I filed a compalint with the New Jersey Attorney General and copied Enterpise VP in Georgia. I recommended a class action suit. Enterprise dropped all claims and issued an apology to me within 24 hours. Sad to have to go to such extreme lengths to get a reasoned response.
