This is absolutely the  worst customer service department I have ever dealt with!!.  I have tried to enroll repeatedly into this so-called "service" to make car payments automatic, and they have failed to follow through.  Complaints are not acknowledged, their errors are not acknowledge, and they have told me repeatedly to "send your application again, to my attention" each time to a different person with different excuses for why the application was not processed- but fail to confirm ANYTHING in writing, never mind acknowledge receipt of my faxed (and website) application.  Does anyone actually work there?  Does anyone who does work there know the basics of business practice for customer service?
