Unauthorized Deduction of amount Rs.35 for downloading java game from airtel

Hello,
My no. is 8861769678 and my request reference no. is CBDWP20530018817. I have opened an application on my mobile and was mistakenly touched the add which was running below and i was deducted rs.35 from my airtel prepaid account immediately.
When i contacted the customer care they are not ready to repay the amount on my account.
I need airtel to double check or get the confimation from the customer before the amount was deducted. I believe airtel can make a provision that they can double check with the customer whether they really need the "Java game" for downloading or not.
Because it is been now a common problem from most of the customers. So i request airtel management to do some necessary steps to avoid these kind of problems. The customer care person is saying that the money has been taken by the person who has given the ads. But the thing is that it is deducted from the airtel account.
I hope airtel can double check with the customers for downloading these kind of java games, so that these kinds of complaints will not reflect on the future from the customers.
