Cancelled befor 14 day trial was up an they have continued to charge me $9.99 since March 2016 called today and reimbursement of only one month there are 10 other months that were not authorized. Only use this travel card when traveling so did not catch it right away----- not a good customer service dept.

    It's a cramming scam..
    You cancelled once, they ignored it. What makes you think if they say they're cancelling now, even refund "1 month", they won't come back in a few months and start charging you again?

    Since it's a cramming scam..
    and you DID cancel a year ago, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as FRAUDULENT, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FCBA or FRB Reg. E.

    It's still within the 1 year SOL for suing on disputed bank charges, yet they only offered you 1 month.  They peg you as a sucker, and they're daring you to sue them knowing no one will for these small charges.  File complaints with FTC and your state AG to recover the rest.
