I have repeatedly refused your product and returned it but have not recieved any credits on my credit card. Please credit my account for the past 3 deliveries that I have returned before I am forced to make a formal complaint against your company and seek the advice of my attorney. Your cooperation will be appreciated and hopefully, will avoid any future  problems.
