Service Technician not attended even after the complaint raised

I am sure the kind of service you provide is an upset for most of the customers.

Its been more than 2 days but the technicians haven't responded to the request that I have raised and they come to me with a vague answer that the technicians are not available in the surrounding area.

Can you take this ahead and close this today itself.
