Guthy Renker-the Proactiv People can't be trusted! Buy other products and buy elsewhere!

When you call Guthy Renker the "Proactiv People" to order product, they answer their order extension very quickly and have no problem taking orders in an expeditious fashion. But try putting in a complaint or canceling their scheduled delivery of their product, and they send you to an extension that puts you on hold for 10-15- even 20 minutes! If this was my experience only once, I could dismiss the event as "busy phone lines", but this was my experience on three separate occasions. It's clear that they simply want you to acquiesce and they hope you will hang up. I don't like being manipulated and I don't trust this organization. Neither should you! I will never buy another product from Guthy Renker. Their actions speak louder than words and it is clear that their actions are not honorable. Three strikes and you're out Guthy Renker!
