I had been having problems every since I had Direct TV installed. They have had 6 tech come out. This last time they came out .after he left my Bd room t.v. the Olevia went out. It would come on then go back out, I said ok maybe it went out. he had me sending reports via t.v with various numbers that would come up. He said that all the people were working with him to get this problem resolved, days later the T.V. in the living rm went out, all you could hear everytime you turn it on was a clicking sound.The T.V would not stay on. So now I have 2 T.V.s that are now doing the same thing. The last Man was a specialist, he had said we were having problems due to their software, it made the tv's cut on and off so many times that they now just click and not come on. There has to be a problem that has cause both my TVs to stop working. I had no problem before. I gave up Dish to get Direct T.V. and I have had a problem every month. I have worked with you guys every time but now we have a serious problem, PLEASE FIX MY T.V.'S BACK TO THE WAY THEY WERE!!!!!!!!!. I HAVE BEEN SO PATIENT, PLEASE HELP ME.
