Erwin will ask you to use EBay Motors insurance arrangements to buy an RV. He'll send you a fake EBay Motors email asking you to purchase eBay cards and send copies of the card numbers to the fake eBay Motors email. Then they'll tell you they need an additional $1,000 to ship it but you'll get it back. Don't do it!  You'll never hear from Erwin again.

Just saw on my local Craigslist (Lansing, MI) that he's selling a nice RV for a small amount, claiming it was his recently departed fathers, and that he's in the military.  Glad I googled his email address to see that he's had multiple complaints against his dishonest ways.  Thanks for posting.

It's always a good idea to do a search on an email address in a craigslist ad if it is not an email ending in craigslist.org.  Especially if it is a Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/Outlook email.
And be careful if their email reply mentions a "dead husband/father/grandfather/son" who was supposedly the original owner and it "brings bad memories,"  "eBay buyer protection" or a "5 or 7 day trial."  Sure signs of a scammer.  Also, most of these vehicle scammers pretend to be in the military.
