I ordered RayBan Sunglasses from these people and they send it in a BUBBLE PACKAGE from Malaysia and it came damaged. My inquiries with them stated that I can buy another one but no prepaid postage to send the damaged item back or anything. Do not deal with any out of Country dealers they are all CHEAP and Rude.

    I've received sunglasses, but i found them not original. Yes, they are very-very similar, but i have exact this original sunglasses and i can compare! At your site you never say about replica and also here http://www.proglasses.org/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=9 you told customer about your ways to get chipest price! You sell replica but never say about this!

    I ordered a pair of ray-ban aviators for a Christmas present - I just received them in a padded envelope from Malaysia - DAMAGED!  One lens is chipped.
    I just contacted proglasses.org ... let's see how they respond ... I will keep you informed.

    got my raybans,Damaged, sent them back with Royal Mail Airsure, and they claim not to have received them, it seems all the glasses come damaged, maybe due to poor/insufficient packaging,have looked on other review/complaints sites and the same comments keep recurring

    I bought a great pair of Authentic Ray Ban Aviator Glasses from www.proglasses.org and it was a fabulous experience.  The glasses arrived fast and in perfect condition, www.proglasses.org were pleasant and always responded to emails and I will definately buy from them again.  It's alot for shipping, but $35 shipping for Authentic Ray Ban's that I would have had to pay $170 for is fine by me and still reasonable.

    i ordered 5 pairs in total from proglasses.org site. the ray ban were FAKE, the Cartier too FAKE and Armani MAY BE authentic. But the seller still certifying that his items were authentic.
    I  have returned all items to seller(and i payed the shipping expenses), but i was not yet refund because he says that i only can get my money back after 60 days.
    for precision, Proglasses shipped goods from Malaysia but to return it seller gave me an address in CHINA.
    I don't advice people to buy from them even if prices seem good at the site BUT PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR REPLICA GLASSES

    I bought a pair of Raybans to replace a broken pair, but they sent FAKE plastic copies from Malaysia. When I asked for a return address they gave me an address in China, probably the manufacturer (NOT Italy per real RayBans).

    BUY AT YOUR PERIL FROM PROGLASSES. They are NOT cheap and they are NOT authentic.

    There should be a website that prevents companies like this from existing on the internet. If they were on ebay, they would be thrown off!

    I also bought a Louis Vuitton sunglasses,  on their website and from an e-mail from their rep they certified the product is authentic. When it came, it was FAKE!!! They said they don't sell fake sunglasses. I returned it to China address also. It's been 4 months now and I still didn't get my refund. Where can we complain?

    Bought from proglasses.org recently to try out and see if it's that bad. Shipping was fast. Payment no problem. Product wise they are ok coz i think its not fake just refurbished or maybe asian model. They were good though took them the sunglasses hut. No problem

    I also just bought few pair from proglasses.org and it is arrived fast and good quality. I am very satisfy on it. I have bring the glasses to the shop and check, it is authenticated. I will buy some more during the christmas times. Impressive shipping experience.

    i read all the complaint here but most of all the people try to compare the old ray-ban with the new ray-ban even if you go to the official page of ray-ban the new models of aviator wayfarer and some other have change from the time the Ray-ban was sold !!! so try to compare 1 that you buy now from one you have from too many years is not possible because is always a detail that is different !!! also people here say about china, that why they make the sunglasses there the answer is simple !!!!  pay for a worker there in china is cheaper  than italy or u.s.a so the big companies have they factories in countries where the pay less for their workers and make more money , this is an example !!! look is like i go to the armani exchange  store at the mall in houton texas everything there say made in china an supposedly  armani is from italy also all the  people who buy in the store see this and nobody say nothing because they buy it at the mall is the same with the sunglasses here if you think there fake because there cheap do not buy it  and go to the mall and pay what cost there is simple people think if they not buy it at the mall is fake i not say everything you found on internet is real but simple if you not like it or think is not good not buy it!!!!  but just i invite you all to go to the mall and get in any store that sells nike shoes ,puma shoes ,armani exchange clothes, ray-ban, lacoste, handbags name coach and check the labels ans see for your self what they say made in china and tell me you going to tell the manager of the store that their items are fake!!!!
    JUST WHAT I AGREE OF COMPLAINT OF MOST PEOPLE HERE IS THAT THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS NOT TOO GOOD !!!!!!

    Thank you for the heads up. It does not say anyplace on their site that they are replicas. I have owned ray bans for years and as stated above the old BL lensea were far superior to the new lenses the new ones are still high quality. I will not be ordering from this company

    I was researching before I bought!!!!  The company claims to be in Las Vegas, the customer service number is in Oklahoma City.  I called it, Disconnected.......  Sent email asking if they were real company or online fake???  No reply.....  I would beware of them.  I saw a pair of Cartier they sent a friend, FAKE!!!  I bought real cartier in Vegas $900... Cartier from ProGlasses $50, cheap fakes.......
