I initially ordered a one time trial offer/order; I called to inquire how I could halt future shipments. I was told that as soon as they received their product back, I would get my credit card purchase (about $10.) reversed. I returned the initial shipment.
Subsequently, I have received three more shipments. Each time, I have called UPS to please retrieve the package. UPS always responds.
Nevertheless, Cafe Saporito, the shipper of the product, which I never open, can never answer their phone directly; however, I was able to leave a brief message; namely, my telephone number.

I purchased coffee from these people a long time ago.I cancelled them because of their business practices. Today i received coffee from them i didn't order. They just sent it to me for no reason. They will not answer the phone. Gee i wonder why?????????? Could it be they are running a scam? Not happy with this company. I hope they go out of business.

I ordered a one-time trial offer for $3.00.  My credit card bill came with two charges of $79.00 each.  When I try to call, the line is busy.  I obtained a customer number from my credit card company and that number is always busy as well.  What can a person do?  This is truly a scam.

I had a charge from Seattle Coffee that I did not order.  I received a phone number and talked with a rep.  They agreed to refund my money (30 days later).  When the package arrived it was marked "Cafe Saporito" with a phone number on the package.  I called the number only to discover that it is not in service.  When I searched web, I discovered this company is part of Seattle Coffee.  I am refusing this package and hope this company changes its business parctices.  Try  contacting Seattle Coffee Company to settle your dispute.  The rep was very courteous.  Now if I get my refund everything will be fine.

Illinois Attorney General Madigan has sued Peel, Inc. and its president, Brian Dale.

    http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/pressroom/2010_02/20100217b.html

If you lost money due to unauthorized charges, file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, but still make sure you dispute any charges through your bank immediately, since if the company turns out to be insolvent, bank disputes within 60 days may still push the loss back on this company's payment processor and retrieve your money.
