Item received was not as ordered and they won't return

I recently purchased a wedding gown from Tiffany Bridals, apparently a China based online store (I was not aware of this at the time).  They guarantee a 35 day turn around, it took longer than that to get the dress. When it did finally arrive it was at least 2 sizes too big, despite my giving them my exact measurements.  
They claim to have an "unmatched" return policy, however I have emailed them 4 times for a return authorization and have got no response. Their website is www.tiffanybridals.com.
I'd warn any bride NOT to buy from this store.

    My daughter also ordered a dress from Tiffany Bridals and was disgusted with the quality, was not made as per the picture on the website and would not even try it on.  It was posted to Australia squashed into a  post bag - & yes, it also seemed to come from China which she was not expecting. I RECOMMEND NO-ONE TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE or you will probably be very disappointed and RIPPED OFF !!!

    I wish I would have seen these posts before ordering my dress from them!  It has been over the 35 days for me and I still haven't recieved my dress and it is very hard to get responces from them.  I didn't know it was from China either.  I hope that you are able to get your issues taken care of!  Good luck.

     My daughter ordered a dress from this company back in Feb. After a couple weeks past the due date of delivery, we got really nervous. Also, they were not very prompt at replying. My husband finally got pretty--very--firm with them. He also tried going through PayPal but realized we were past the 45-day consumer protection policy period. I think his firm approach helped because things got moving, and they said we would have the dress within two weeks. So, it finally arrived 5 weeks later than the "35 days." Ours is a happy ending, and we were relieved to find the dress very well made (of silk even), it fit perfectly, a veil was included, and it was quite close to the original. We were very pleasantly surprised. And honestly, we really prayed that God would work this one out for us and He really did! I wish you the best (I'll pray, too :)  )

    Thanks Karen, now I have some hope of getting my dress and it being well made.  I am very nervous and was starting to think that I was being scammed and not going to get my dress.  The time is really ticking away and I really hope to get it soon!  Thanks for the prayers!

    i received my "Mia Solano" dress from this website, and they forgot to include the corset tie, so i couldnt even try it on right away. I had to wait for my mother in law to bring a string to close the back for me. It really isn't like the original, the one i tried on in the store. I have been trying to like it, but it's definately not the same as the one i fell in love with. It has heart shapes on it. really? heart shapes? yep.

    I wonder if i would ever get my money back.....

    My daughter ordered a dress from TiffanyBridals. Took twice as long as they promised. Quality is POOR and is not a carbon copy of the designer dress we had anticipated. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. They have stopped responding to emails, which is the only means of communication. I now have to fight through my credit card company hopefully to get a refund. Stay away!

    AVOID TIFFANY BRIDALS (ONLINE COMPANY FROM CHINA) AT ALL COSTS!!!!
    I ordered the wedding dress on May 1st and prior to paying through PAYPAL, I was reassured that the dress would be delivered to me within 30 days. It did not arrive until the 15th June, which is 45 days later. Upon arrival, the dress was terrible for the following reasons: 1)It looked hideous and nothing like the Pronovias wedding dress on their site, it is a terrible fake imitation 2) the fabric was cheap and nasty 3)It was not made to the measurements I provided at all, it was too large in the bust and about a foot too long 4) I needed it in a timely fashion due to it being for MY WEDDING. I contacted Tiffany Bridal and initiated a return process. I posted the dress back for a full refund on the 15th of June (cost me $50 USD) and I have printed proof from Australia Post that Tiffany Bridals recieved the item on June 23rd. I am yet to recieve any refund and Tiffany Bridal are no longer returning my emails. I have EVERY email from the ordering of the dress to the emails reassuring me that my refund would be processed immediately upon receipt of the dress. I am continuing to badger them into giving me my refund but I would honestly say avoid them at all costs. I know it seemed super cheap but not when I am now $360 USD out of pocket! I ended up with a really beautiful, authentic Pronovias dress bought on ebay!!

    Terrible service! The dress was nothing like the real one. Was squished in a bag and it did not even
    Fit remotely! Terrible customer service and rip you off trying to make every excuse to not give ur money back even though they say they do! I had to wait a month to recieve it and they wanted it back within a week and then tried to say all the buttons had fallen off while being sent over when buttons were already missing, the material was not the same the dress was not made right to my measurements and also had not been finished properly!

    This company is a total disaster do not buy anything from them
