piece of junk

has anybody had any satisfacton from this company? i hated this washer the first time I used it. Did not get clothes clean, way too loud so I also had to close laudry room door, items fell off nearby shelves it rattled so much. tried to email, write and call maytag, ot even the decency of an answer, have told all friends to stay away from this company. 2 people in my family so only used it once a week for 3 years and now the motor has gone. 500 dollar bill so i took it to the dump.
