downloading...

I have no idea where to start...we moved into this house back in November....we have cable in every room and 3 pvr boxes...at the beginning our internet kept getting disconnected but over the months they've finally fix that.  Now for the last 2-3 months the cable box keeps downloading, so out of nowhere any time of the day the tv freezes then goes completely black and downloads...so watching the playoffs or any other show it just shuts down and does it's thing...trust me it hasn't been pretty when this happens.  I have no idea how many times they've been here and EVERY guy tells us a different story.  The last one said we might have power surges and that's the problem..We had an electrician here and he said everything is fine so I wonder who is paying this bill...we've change the boxes numerous times, done everything they've said and it's just getting worse.  It's nothing to have it download 1-2 an hour now...half the time now we don't even watch television because of the frustration involved...They also said we had to many boxes and the house was to long,  but the last house we lived in had three floors, same amount of boxes and we never ever had a problem..between our phone and cable we pay you guys 600 a month and I am sick of it...we are looking at other providers if this can't be fix and some kind of compensation for everything...were not ever watching tv for the most part
