This company debited my account for 149.96 I have contacted fraud department of my credit union and cancelled all transactions. I am in upstate NY.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charge, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Your bank can reverse the charge if you dispute it promptly.
