Total Scam, why I checked the web, was too good to be true

I see I'm one in a long list of people who have responded to many of this persons scams.  But I didn't go any further than sending a response, because it had to be too good to be true.  Enclosed large Trailer for $800.  But when they say they need to leave the country due to a military medical deployment...total shame.
