I hired a car on December 5 for 3 days. Today is the 31st but I'm still waiting for my statement and the remaining balance back to my credit card, which I thought would take 3-5 working days. When I contact them, they want a reference but I lost it.

Does that mean I won't get my money back because I lost a ref no? I regret hiring a car from you guys
