No confirmation of flight change

I changed my flight from Sunday 6/26 to Sunday 7/3. I am in San Jose del Cabo Mexico, traveling to Ft Myers, FL, and cannot connect with any of the 800 or 888 numbers Cheapo has on it's web page. Nothing appears on my account page except the flight I booked to return to Mexico on 7/15. I tried twice for a live chat................with no response. I need help, and I'm not getting it from Cheapo.
