Better rated

I get daily automated phone solicitations from a company called  "Card Services" offering better rates.  About 90% of the recorded voices introudce themselves a "Heather" or "Ann"   My number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry but that means nothing to this company.  My attempts to have my number taken off the call list has only resulted in increased frequency of calls.
