NO REFUND for OVERCHARGE

I booked ticket on www.cheapoair.ca from Toronto to AHMEDABAD in October2011 for Canadian $1135.69,when I checked my MC,I was charged Can$1273.33.Overcharge of $137.31.
There still refund balance of $59.11 is waited since then as they partially refunded overcharge.
I keep on calling customerservice and thru emails,but keep on promises since 5 months. below is my email communication for more understanding.

    This is discouraging.  I just booked with them and they also overcharge for  ~$170 than the original website agreed price.  I been trying to talk to someone from their billing in the last 2 days.  All methods ( phone, email, leaving message on their customer support website) have failed so far.

    - your booking wan't be able to get confirmed from air flight company.
    - they are over charging you.

    Caveat Emptor!! i was also a victim of CheapOAir's malpractices. Consult a good lawyer OR report the incident to the relevant consumer travel authorities in your area. CheapO Air appear to charge an unrevealed (and unjustified) "finders fee" to ANY booking made thru them. This is NOT part of your final cost!

      I'm sorry it appears you may not of read our terms and conditions. It clearly advises there is a service fee ranging from $15.00-$28.00, the final cost also includes our processing fee, and is listed as taxes and fees. I will be glad to discuss this further with you. My email is sm@cheapoair.com provide the booking number, and I can certainly address this.

    I booked flights with cheapoair and been overcharged £50 , impossible to contact by phone and no answer via email.  will procces a visa chargeback with my credit card if they do not sort my issue.  one word , avoid !

    I understand after I received my credit card that I was charged $64.00 per person for your fee.  This is a ridiculous amount and I am having trouble with rescheduling my flights that have been changed by the airlines.  I have never had this much trouble with any booking company.  I certainly won't go with chapoair the next time.  I call and get someone that can barely speak English.

      They overcharged my account by 245..dollars and still no reponse they said wait 14 days..I’m still waiting.

    April 24,2017 I received a notice of cancellation of my flight  booking number 41895985 for October 12, 2017. I did not cancel my flight and still want it. Please correct your error. acline2534@aol.com or (951) 313-0907

    I booked Tickets on April 12th 2018 Mumbai to NYC non stop straight flight. After booking I got email and the ticket showed 1 stop in Delhi. One of my old family member was traveling with wheelchair and didn’t wanted flight with one stop. I called the customer service right a way and spoke to them about 1 hour to make sure that there is no plan change in Delhi and Agent confirm that it is just hold on Delhi and passenger does not have to get off from the flight. Today she flew from Mumbai and changed different flight, felted very bad for first time Traveler to NY.  Bottom line is this is not the flight what I purchased. This need to review.

    Wow, how I wish I had read the reviews first.  I too have been overcharged and can get no joy from this dreadful company.  How do they stay in business.  Will use  a reputable company next time.  Good luck with your refunds .

    I booked tickets for my mom and dad I didn’t used that ticket for flight .some agents used my money for tickets and he or she canceled my tickets before three days and when I check before one day it canceled so I didn’t get my refund back and nobody listened . And when I call nobody give answer so for my opinion they make you full and used your money for their benefits so never book your ticket from chepoair

    Cheapoair.com not a honest business anymore, be carful, when to book flight they will cancel you ticket 2 or 3 days before the flight, than when you call to see what happened (2 hours waiting to answer) simply they told you this flight it not longer available, now there is some options for you: 1) you can have another ticket but you have to pay extra $590 because the fist price it’s not available anymore, 2) refund the money but it’s not sure that the airline will refund your money, that we have to email the airline and let you know, ( here they try to steal your money because the reality is they still holding your money and if you don’t act quickly and show them that you know what kind of came they are playing, they will take you money, and it will be no refund) for anyone who want a good customer service and piece of mind, stayyyyyyyyyy away from that cheapoair.com.

    Another cheapoair complaint cancelled a flight in may 2021 have not received the refund yet all customer services numbers are disconnected, if you go on line they keep sending me to unrelated websites that want you to spend money on
