My name is Neka and I received a call from (916) 282-3130 about nine different times within a two hour time frame. The caller who I couldn't understand accused me of not paying back some type of debt. I asked for information repeatedly but he couldn't give me any specific details. He then started to threathen me by saying he was going to send the sherriff and attorney general to my job to arrest me. I asked several times for information about a debt that I am supposed to have totalling 1500.00 he says. He would not provide me any information. I need to know who I can contact for legal advice and if need be representation because I don't need this kind of hassle when I don't know what it is that I'm supposed to be owing to anybody. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on my behalf. I'm sure there are others out there who have received the same message. If so post your complaint because it's better if we have numbers to support this unwarranted and unsolicited phone calls that provide no real proof that you have these debts that this "attorney" is claiming

    You need to called the fbi and get a lawyer tell them you are be aguses of something you do not have

    I got several phone call, plus left message on my phone with a different name that's on here, threaten me to have my attorney or me to call, when I call he said sheriff coming to my job to arrest me, plus knew where I work and where I bank and ss#, this is terrible, somebody please help us, this is too serious, please help, I've talk to someone for help, praying it work!!
