I have been waiting for my livingroom furniture for 8 months. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First they deliver the wrong furniture and try to blame me for the mistake. Then they dont call back or try to resolve the issue.

I have talked to Avi (store manager???) several times and he gives me the run around or they say he is not there and will call back (NEVER). I have finally taken this into my own hands and called Canada(the distributer) and found out today that my furniture has been at the showroom for a while. Avi said he cant look into it as the distributer is on vacation.

I dont know how I spoke to them 15 minutes later if they were on vacation?! He lied to me on the phone he just doesnt care if I get my furniture as he already has all the money for it and the furniture too. I would like to know who the owner of the company is, they can't want their business run this way. They wont stay in business long if they do.

    The owner of the company is Aran Kagan.  I, too, have dealt with Kagan's furniture.  This company has a showroom in Mooresville, NC.  I waited on my new Rowe microfiber sectional for close to 100 days (I don't know the exact count).  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Kagan's for their disinterest in putting the customer's concerns first and the fact that my furniture was portrayed to me to be about 30 days from delivery back in mid May.  I took receipt in early August.  Aran sent me an official document threatening to sue me for slander because I was unhappy with the service that I received from this company and was letting my friends and family know about my experience.  Good luck.

      I'm so surprised to hear you had a bad experience at Kagan's. I've had nothing but the very best ones! I've been buying my furniture from them for over 4 years now. I have never been met with a more gracious team! And their furniture is just gorgeous!

    I forgot to mention that I spoke with Aran face to face in Mooresville in early August.  He and I clearly didnt see eye to eye on the situation.  His statement to me was that I signed a contract and I had to live with it although the wait time had clearly been falsely advertised during my shopping experience.  He was as rude in person as he was over the phone.

      Aran is a [***]....They run the company as a ponzi scheme...Customer are asked for a huge deposit and promised good prices then They wait until the they can secure the price at auctions and consignments before sending the item to the actual consumer.Worst customer service.I would never do business with them.

      I was able to file a police complaint against them and Avi was locked up in jail over the weekend.He got a bail and now I have a running lawsuit against them.I feel very confident in winning the lawsuit.Beware of shopping here.

      There are much better stores in High point like furniture land south where you can do business

      Aram is a LIAR and so is lynda. He would sell his mom for free if he can make a penny.They are starting to close stores which is what they deserve...

    It is 2011 and they still have the same problems.  Wish I had seen this before I special ordered a couch.  They quoted one thing, shipped another, and then blamed me.  We came to an agreement to pay half to fix the problem and now have to wait 12 weeks to get the last piece.  Ridiculous....I HATE KAGANS AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

    I also  bad had a bad experience with Kagens in Moorseville. The furniture I bought was incorrect and they were very rude to me about the mistake. Too bad because they have nice product.

    I also had a terrible experience with them, just recently. They sold me defective stuff and refused to take care of the problem. I will never buy from Kagans again.

    I am so glad I saw this because I was going to order a livingroom set from Kagans but definitely will not now.  A sales person there was quick to discourage me from doing business with another company & said the company was going out of business & I may not receive my furniture.

    This place is a scam.I have complained to BBB against them.Do not buy from them.They talk about 25 years of existence as a sales pich but they dont care about customer.Once you pay them they are never there to answer phone or work with you

    Worst customer service and rudest sales folks.

    Do not buy from these guys.

    I am glad I saw these complaints.Now I am not gonna buy from these guys.So close to ordering a bedroom set from them.Thanks folks for highlighting the issues
