I looked at my credit card balance today and saw a charge for $131.36 from this company. I have never had any contact with this company. There is no contact numbers to email or call them. This is fraud and I am looking for some redress.

Digital River appears to be a payment processor used by various on-line merchants to process credit or debit card charges.  Some companies selling internet downloads of software or games use them.

Supposedly you can look up charges here:
    http://corporate.digitalriver.com/store/driv/ ... /ThemeID.492200

If you find unauthorized or fraudulent charges on your credit card, contact your bank immediately to dispute them, and close or block the card to prevent additional fraud in the future.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank's dispute address, and make sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

DRI DIGITALRIVER.COM and DIGITALRIVER.COM are not the same. DRI DIGITALRIVER.COM appears to be scam as there is a lot of info on the web about this company and they charged $39 to my MC (scam). Digitalriver is a payment processor. I try not to use cards on the web because there are so many leaks in security systems. The best way to pay is by PayPal. You can't get scammed.
