Poor Customer Service

I went to kfc Thohoyandou only to find staff members not friendly at all, I waited at the counter waiting for the staff to assist me but they were busy charting to  one another ignoring customers after 6 minutes of waiting another customer who seems to be known by one of the staff members approached the counter and ultimately got first preference and received a service  with a smile, and when we spoke about the delay , they boths looked at us wondering if we ever existed and laugh off , I just asked my hot wings and left as I was realy realy hungry and couldn't afford to leave without them
