I am using Airtel Nigeria prepaid SIM, today 3/10/2011 I when I was recharge my phone by mistake I dial wrong no and my recharge service barred.
I make a call to customer service, but nobody pick my call.
Also have service to unbar recharge service for those no they start from 0808, 0802, 0702,
but my no is 08129034187, how I do unbar who tell me I don't know, customer care not picking phone.

    Thanks for unbarring my line08121570832 so fast after my complain,impressive.My blackberry weekly subscription expired since wed 15th aug and since then I ve been trying unsuccessfully to do a fresh subscription but the network reply keeps telling me my request s not succesful because i cant migrate while still having an active service.What do I do?Becos i understand which active service it s talking about
